    Kristin Nicole Alli

    Owner, District Executive

As a native of Long Island, NY, Kristin grew up on the beach and riding her longboard on the boardwalks of her home town. She graduated from Valley Stream Central High School in 2015 and was onboarded as a sales representative that July.

In August of 2015, Kristin started her college career at NYU Steinhardt on full academic scholarship whilst moving to the East Village in Manhattan. From ages 17-22, Kristin rose the ranks quickly, holding almost every leadership position as a college student working around classes and personally selling over $30,000 (on a skateboard!).

Kristin graduated summa cum laude from NYU in 2019 with her Bachelors of Science in Applied Psychology and a minor in American Sign Language. In those four years, she was promoted to Field Sales Manager, Assistant Manager, Branch Manager, Divisional Office Manager, quickly discovering her love of impacting and teaching others. At the end of that year, she opened the Eastern Queens NYC District Office and immediately set numerous management records. In 2020. She became the first manager in NYC to surpass $1,000,000 in sales in her first full year despite being in the middle of a pandemic and recession. In 2021, her team also broke the company records for February, March, and April.

Kristin leads with love and believes in building an organization focused on integrity and family. She prides herself in creating 5-star recruits in her organization that are well prepared for the post-graduation world while teaching relevant skills that develops her team not just professionally, but personally. Kristin has broken the glass ceiling for women in leadership and management.
